Applicants Must Qualify and
Pre-Register To Receive Assistance
Pre-registered, eligible applicants may receive assistance on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30AM until 10:30AM. RESERVATION REQUIRED.

Qualifications for Assistance
We serve 3 specific zip codes in the Tri-Cities area: 30344, 30337 and 30354
In order to qualify for assistance, new clients MUST present the following:
Valid Picture ID
This can be a driver's license or other identification card.
Proof of Residency:
(NOTE: This can not be more than 30 days old.)
Examples are: Utility Bill (Gas or Electric), Rent Receipt, Anything that has been postmarked and has your name, address, and a valid date.
Birth Certificates:
These must be presented to prove the children belong to the adult.
NOTE: Client's who receive food stamps may not be eligible to receive food.
Social Workers and Social Service Agencies Can Count On Us
School social workers, personnel with HUD-VASH and other agencies know Family Life is only a phone call away when they have a family or individual in crisis. We work with these individuals and their clients to provide whatever help we can.
